The Final Countdown

Oh this is it - the very last day of 2007.

Sibey fast can? Laoniang really losing track of time.

2007 all in all was a pretty good year. Compared to Damien's, it would probably be hellava boring but I appreciate the small things in life. LOL.

This year, I ...

- held on to a job for record time! (-applause please-)
- experienced autumn in Taipei
- received a wedding proposal in Koh Samui
- made new friends
- recovered from an unknown viral attack
- fell in love with a van
- attended my childhood friend cum cousin's wedding
- experienced a void deck Chinese wedding
- understood the woes of a managerial position.
- 8-keyed in Audition
- went home-shopping
- received beloved tech gadgets like Wii and PSP as gifts
- got trashed in Wii by none other than Damien (how is that even possible?!)


LOL, my life's so mundane. If you were expecting something grand and noble, you're at the wrong place my friend.

Oh, and with all other years, I've learnt new things this year too.

The biggest lesson that I've learnt this year would be:-

You know you're getting old when:-

- You can't find anything you like in Xi Men Ding
- You can't seem to buy anything from Far East Plaza other than tech gadgets
- You're escaping the insane crowd by hiding at home @ 730pm while other younglings are out partying.

Laoniang is an apt name indeed.
